Self-adjusting welding rotator: It is a displacement device that uses the friction between the active roller and the weldment to drive the workpiece to rotate. The positioner can automatically adjust the swing angle of the wheelset according to the diameter of the workpiece, and can automatically adjust the center. When matched, the inner and outer longitudinal and inner and outer circumferential seams of the workpiece can be welded. This product is widely used in wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, surfacing repair, and other industries.
Conventional welding roller: It consists of one active and one passive. The active roller is driven and operated by two motors separately. Through the speed regulating motor, the speed controller realizes the stepless speed change through frequency conversion speed regulation or electromagnetic speed regulation. The linear speed of the workpiece rotation is 6-60 m/ h, which can meet the needs of various welding such as manual welding, automatic surfacing welding, automatic submerged arc welding, and various riveting of the workpiece. The pitch of the rollers can be adjusted through the screws to meet the welding requirements of workpieces of different specifications.
Anti-channeling welding roller: On the basis of the conventional roller, the roller of the driven frame is made up and down. The photoelectric encoder is used to detect the amount of workpiece movement. The system controller controls the lifting of the driven roller. The displacement detection frame is placed at one end of the workpiece, and the detection wheel is pressed against the end face of the workpiece (the end face must be processed). The detection wheel can rotate with the workpiece. When the workpiece moves axially, the detection wheel will follow the workpiece, photoelectric encoding The detector detects the movement amount and direction of the workpiece, and its signal is input to the system controller for processing. The controller will adjust the elevating stroke, elevating speed and elevating interval time of the driven roller according to the amount of pulsation, and control the rise or fall according to the pulsation direction. The movement of the workpiece always fluctuates between -1.5mm and + 1.5mm. In this way, the movement of the workpiece is limited to a certain range, which can meet the needs of welding.
